We make East Idaho homes look their best: bright, warm, and ready for buyers to fall for them. But good photos are the easy part. Knowing what sells a home is the hard part, and that comes from having done the job ourselves.
We’re real estate people who picked up cameras: agents, stagers, and transaction coordinators, with more than 15 years in the business combined, and our founder built her career marketing for one of the country’s top-ranked real estate teams.
We work with agents from Rexburg to Idaho Falls to Driggs, bringing the same care to a $250k starter as to a million-dollar ranch on the bench. Every listing matters to someone, so every listing matters to us.

Haley Roisum
Haley left her job marketing for one of the country's top 25 teams in 2020, during the global pandemic. She loves running businesses that help REALTORS® leverage their own. Whether it's photography, staging, administration, or transaction coordination, she has the resources and expertise to help you do what you do best: sell homes. Haley loves dogs and is the mother to three Pomeranians. She got her bachelor's degree in two years, and can parallel park like it's her job.
Chris Roisum
Chris jumped into the Roisum Residential world after just a few months, knowing Haley needed a couple more hands to handle the demand. He loves sports, is effortlessly good at nearly everything he tries, which luckily includes having an eye for the best angles, and has the driest sense of humor. He's joking 90% of the time, you just may not be able to tell. He's an expert behind the camera and a major asset in making listings shine on the MLS.
Reagan Garrett
Reagan has been on board since 2020, when we were tracking our clients and posting about their listings via a spreadsheet. She has made it a personal mission since then to never let Haley run anything on a spreadsheet ever again. She has two children, one husband, and four cats. She has a knack for figuring out anything, even if it takes days of research, but once she's locked in, the project will get done. She is the brains (and fingers) behind our social media pages and websites.
